Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always follow the advice of your eye care provider and your prescribed wearing schedule. If you experience pain, redness, vision changes, or discomfort, remove your lenses and contact your eye care professional immediately.

3. Prescriptions and Verification

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You have a valid, unexpired contact lens prescription.
• The information you provide (including prescription details and prescriber contact) is accurate and complete.

We verify prescriptions in accordance with the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act (FCLCA) and the FTC Contact Lens Rule, which may include:

• Reviewing a copy of your written prescription that you upload.
• Contacting your prescriber directly and allowing them the required response time.
• Treating a prescription as verified if your prescriber does not respond within the required time under the Contact Lens Rule.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if:

• Your prescription is expired, invalid, incomplete, or cannot be verified.
• Your prescriber notifies us that the prescription is not valid as submitted.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or specifications are error-free.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities.
• Correct errors or inaccuracies.
• Cancel orders if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or discontinued.

If we cancel an order or any part of an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund for the affected items.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
