Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every order from Contact Lens Marketplace. Because contact lenses are medical products, our return policy is designed to protect your safety while still being fair and simple.

1. Contact Lens Returns

You may return unopened, unexpired, and undamaged boxes of contact lenses in their original factory-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Boxes must be sealed, unmarked, and in resellable condition
  • Lenses must not be expired
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used boxes
  • Damaged, written-on, or altered packaging
  • Lenses past the 30-day return window (unless there is a confirmed defect)

If you believe your lenses are defective or not as ordered, please contact us before returning them. We may request photos, lot numbers, or additional details to evaluate the issue.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we will process a refund to your original payment method for the value of the returned items (excluding any original shipping charges, unless required by law).

Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items do not meet this policy.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange unopened, unexpired lenses for a different power or prescription:

  • Contact us first so we can confirm availability and next steps
  • In some cases, a new or updated prescription may be required before we can ship replacement lenses

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return or request help with a possible product issue, please contact us with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
