This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on ContactLensMarketplace.com.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship contact lenses to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
2. Processing Times
Orders with a verifiable, valid prescription are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we need to verify or update your prescription, processing may be delayed until verification is complete.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when your order ships.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. In general:
Standard Shipping
- Free on orders of $150 or more (after discounts and before tax)
- A small flat fee applies to orders under $150
- Typical delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment
Expedited Shipping (when available)
- Additional charges apply
- Typical delivery time: 2–3 business days after shipment
Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier, destination, weather, and other factors outside our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details (when available). You can use this information to follow your package’s progress with the carrier.
5. Delays and Undeliverable Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Severe weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund for the product cost in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you when we deliver your order to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and, when appropriate, help arrange a replacement or refund.
